Our Carers provide flexible support, including:

  • Personal care – washing, dressing, bathing, continence care, and mobility assistance
  • Daily living – meal preparation, medication support, and household tasks
  • Community access – accompanying clients to appointments, shops, or social activities
  • Wellbeing – companionship and respite care for families

We provide professional complex care at home for individuals with a wide range of health needs.

This includes long-term conditions, acquired injuries, neurological conditions (such as brain or spinal cord injury, motor neurone disease, multiple sclerosis, and muscular dystrophy), as well as end-of-life care.

With oversight from our RGN Clinical Lead, our specialist services include:

  • Clinical care – respiratory management (non-invasive ventilation, cough assist, suction), tracheostomy care, gastrostomy feeding, medication management, epilepsy support, stoma and catheter care, moving and positioning (including hoisting)
  • Daily living – personal care, household tasks, nutrition monitoring, financial support, community access (shopping, education, activities, appointments)Our holistic, person-centred approach ensures every care plan is individually designed. We focus on maximising independence while supporting daily living needs and enhancing overall quality of life.

We offer round-the-clock support for those who wish to remain in the comfort and familiarity of their own home.

Our live-in care is fully person-centred, designed around each individual’s needs, lifestyle, and preferences. We take the time to understand daily routines, interests, and personal wishes so that care not only supports wellbeing but also enhances quality of life.

Our live-in Carers support Clients with:

  • Personal care – washing, dressing, bathing, continence care, and mobility support
  • Daily living – meal preparation, medication management, and light household tasks
  • Companionship – conversation, emotional support, and social activities
  • Community access – accompanying clients to appointments, shopping, or leisure activities
  • Complex care – clinical support tailored to health needs, overseen by our Clinical Lead

Expertly Trained Carers

Our Carers are carefully selected and receive specialist training in areas such as epilepsy management, PEG feeding, stoma care, skin integrity, and tracheostomy care. With guidance from our Clinical Lead, a Registered General Nurse, we ensure Clients receive safe, expert support. Whether offering help with daily routines or complex health needs, our Carers combine professionalism with genuine compassion, giving families peace of mind.

Flexible and Reliable Support

We tailor every package of care to suit the individual’s lifestyle and preferences, working closely with clients and their loved ones. Support can range from a single hour a day to full 24-hour live-in care, available 365 days a year. To provide extra reassurance, we also offer Out of Hours assistance so that help is always available in case of queries or emergencies.
